Whether in a class with others, or in a !:! session, I encourage you in your practice to bring in mindfulness alongside pranayama, these are key foundations to good practice. The bulletpoints here, are in my opinion excellent elements to a more peaceful and rewarding Yoga practice. I will also encourage you to explore the loving space that Yoga can provide, learning more about how we are all Bodisattva's, tapping into our compassion for self and others with the help of chakra colours and energy and tattva's.

If you're looking for a regular weekly Hatha Yoga class, I currently teach in Taunton, Yeovil and Sherborne and in several surrounding villages. You will also find me at The Nuffield Health Fitness Club in Taunton and at Oxley Sports Club in Sherborne.
